PROGRAM RELATED INVESTMENTS (PRIs)

HUTTON FOUNDATION’S PRI PROGRAM continues to provide critical loan funding to nonprofit agencies located throughout Santa Barbara County wishing to purchase property, refinance an existing mortgage or make improvements to an agency-owned facility.

Since its inception in 1997, more than $7,250,000 in loans have been awarded to 28 Santa Barbara County-based nonprofits organizations.

In 2007, Hutton Foundation partnered with three other local area private foundations to provide a $1 million loan for purchase of historic property located within the footprint of Santa Barbara original Presidio.

This program is available to Santa Barbara based agencies
